Freeman PCN65

The Freeman PCN65 is the last of our siding nail gun reviews, and comes in at #4 on our list. While you won’t find many of the same features that the other models offered, this model is the best budget siding nailer on the market today.

Driving nails at 15° with sizes of 1 ¼” – 2 1/2:”, the PCN65 is a very powerful model. You’ll have a finger depth adjustment, a 360° adjustable exhaust, and even an air filter to remove dust and keep the nail gun operating perfectly at all times.Freeman PCN65

  • 1 ¼” – 2 ½” nail accommodation.
  • 360° adjustable exhaust.
  • Finger depth adjustment.
  • Air filter and dust.
  • Safety lock built into the trigger.
  • Works with any air compressor that can keep consistent pressure.

  • Weight: 8lbs.
  • Dimensions: 13.2” x 11” x 5”.
  • Power Source: Air.
  • Warranty: 7-year.

We were surprised to find that this model had built-in safety locks and an adjustable exhaust. We also liked that this model can be used for nails with lengths of 1 ¼” – 2 ½”. The main difference between this model and other models that are much higher on our list is that you don’t have the opportunity to choose sequential or contact nailing (which high-end models offer), and you have to adjust the depth with your finger.

Besides this, Freeman offers a very feature-rich siding nailer that will fit into any budget.

We never had an issue getting the job done with the PCN65. It works perfectly, but it does lack some of the power and great features that the previous three models offer.

The Freeman PCN65 is the ideal choice for anyone that is on a tight budget. This model can be used to put siding up with ease, and it offers many advanced features that make it the perfect choice for beginners and advanced users alike.
